I've heard people recommend to put it on her clothes so it doesn't get too strong or pervasive and it gives you an option to change or remove it. I've never tried just because Audrey and I sleep pretty much wrapped around each other every night and I figured I'd end up smelling like that all the time, lol. I've always kind of wanted to though.

I am going to try a couple dabs of rose essential oil, then lavender. I got a standard to help me sleep at night, figured some aromatherapy wouldn't hurt.
