Having more issues with the wire skeleton as the days roll on, now there's one poking out of her foot, not through the plush material yet, but I am nervous about it...
. anybody else have this issue?
Anyone think there's a tool that could possibly bend the wire without damaging the Teddybabe?

Like pliers or something, is this a bad idea? Anyone try this method with success?

I guess what bugs me about it is when I complained to Jenni through email about the wires poking through especially the ankle, her reply was it happens because of the way their shipped.. if that's the case wouldn't you think they would stop shipping them in the neeling position, or at least try to attempt a different method? This really kinda pissed me off is all.

I've been lucky in that I haven't had any issues with the wires poking out so far. But since both of my Babes are standard models, there was no need to bend the legs for shipping. Not to mention that their feet are made differently as well.
I'm not sure how wide spread the problem is, but it sounds as if they are aware of it.
I would think attaching rubber caps or something to the ends of the wires at the factory would be a simple fix that would solve the problem once and for all.

my carly deluxe has a wire rubbing the side of one of her legs and the end is pushing against the top of her foot. it's been like that since i got her some members say you can massage the wires back into the poly fill but it didn't work for me. fortunately i don't bend her much and keep the weight of the blankets off her feet at night. you may have to operate and rebend the wire. ask samara78 she is a good doll doctor.

Yea, is looking like I'll have to operate.... I think I'm going to try and bend the wire with some needle nose pliers, I figure if I can get he angle right it should work. Not sure about the wire poking at the scalp...
