Wow shipping was high when purchasing Leanne

In the process of Purchasing a Leanne doll. It did not give me the option of insert? Are all dollls from passion non insert. So they are fixed. Or do I have to customize her for that option.

Hi Sofia Doll, I will let you discuss that option with Doug at Passiondolls, for the Leanne 158 (as she is a JINSAN made doll this should be achievable).

Doug's catalogue has many dolls capable of supporting either option, but you need to contact him to let him know you preference, so your doll can be made the way you want it.

Also shipping is costly compared to some smaller lighter dolls, she is a big heavy doll, and to ensure you get a good freight company rather than one that is clumbsy and will not honour insurance claims against transit damage, - extra shipping cost is involved.

Yeah and besides, it's not like you buy a doll every month or something, I'd happily pay another $100 for insurance and peace of mind

Think you contact me via email. You can have either an insert or fixed. We normally contact client afterward to explains and asked which one they want and among other things like wigs which I mention to you. We like to keep close contact with our client after they order.
