How do you clean the skin of your doll?

Question is the title.

So I have this doll and after some uses her skin has some few cotton particles and pieces of hair (things probably coming from my bed) that I can't seem to get rid off. Even with a wet towel it just seems stuck to her skin and I can't wash it off. What should I do?

I hope this question is clear enough I am not sure how to ask for this lol.
