My new Gina doll. Need help on how to position it best

I purchased a Gina doll and love it. Beautiful doll. The only issue is the weight. I am 6’3 and in good shape but the doll is so heavy. Having a hard time with anything other than bed and missionary. The positioning of holes make the anus work for me. Vaginal not exactly in correct position. So how does everyone position there doll. It is a lot of work. Standing the doll requires help from my girlfriend. There has to be an easier way

Have a chat with Mason, he has two heavy weight Passion Dolls and is a master of moving them around and posing them for photography.

Have a 28kg incoming and while I know shes far from the heaviest, I imagine she will require some clever handling when thinking about long term effects.
