Thanks man! Her neck is completely silent, and like the rest of her skeleton is stiff enough to hold a pose so her head doesn't flop around. She can lean her head on your shoulder in a very real manner though. She can look side to side and up and down, but I haven't seen just how far her head will go beyond that.

I couldn't tell you about other manufacturers but Piper has this one available now. She's their newest model I believe and Jeff was able to snag me one
