I ordered a #56 head with tongue and uvula on a doll from RLSD a couple of weeks ago, so I would assume "Now" is when it's available!

Yes, this option is currently available on 8 faces and face 56 is one of them.

For oral, you will need to make sure you go over the tongue....
I have not tried any jewelry on Yu's tongue...she is my WM 163, face 56.
Now, if you like french kissing, you can flick under and over her tongue.
That I feel is the best thing.
Please note the face might make a difference since some one said the tongue was too far back...
My dolls tongue is about 1/2 from her teeth
