From Mishka,
If totally redoing face with oil then it must soak overnight to dry or else powder will make it very blotchy.
wipe excess oil with microfiber towel
wait 16-24 hours overnight is ok.
add base foundation, followed by blush
color eyes
add lipstick color
add clear lipstick gloss

these are just the basics. If the head is tan, adding powder after oiling will not work and you have to start over.
Never use ZnO2 based powder as that's for white/non tan heads, and will be a disaster if applied after oiling.
