For this model, yes.
The same can not be true for all...The AF 163 is really 158 per a real doll owner selling her which is where I got the data from the 161.

With both the head and body being TPE, they match match very well. I have had two of this model and both were good matches, although the second one was a slightly lighter version of the same skin tone. No clue how well the silicone heads match the TPE body in real life.

Your concern is valid, but also look at pictures of normal TPE dolls
Very rare you will see a perfect match

I would ask for factory photos of the skin tone you are looking for to compare and see how well the silicone head and TPE body match.

She's definitely a hot doll but I'm concerned about the weight. Kind of surprised a 161 is over 100lbs.

Lifting her manually really wore me out. I'm not the strongest guy around, so would be easier for someone who strength trains. Would recommend getting a ceiling lift to move her around. It will save your back.

I'm 6ft and workout at the gym. Middle aged but no aches and pains yet. Should it be a problem?
