Who ever wins her is normally a person that is a member of the BCD Family with sisters and has done something special for another person.
For example, one winner gave a doll to a friend who was depressed. That kind gesture made a HUGE difference in some one else life, perhaps saved a a tragic ending too.
Plus the doll type matters as well.....
For example, the IT 160 give away
She is alot of doll
Not too many people can handle a doll like her so the pool was alot smaller
So I also have to play match maker as well....
