Why are you still using hotmail? lol...Possibly the worst web based email client around.

Use an ISP that offers POP and SMTP (or even better POPs and SMTPs for security) and use an email client like Outlook (which is part of the Office Suite), but there are much more email clients that support POP and SMTP.

Current work around is GMAIL out especially if we call and the person's message box is full.
