Hi Rtech, the good news is, if you got the hollow version breasts, some hair dryer heat treatment will help the breasts reform to the molded shape.

Hair dryer on high, no closer than 6 inches , using a back and forth feathering motion to even the heat out.

Do this with the doll in a standing position.

I am bald. I have no need for a hair drier lol
But I kind of figured that would solve it. But if you do it standing, they will sag, and I like this design because they do not sag they are perky

Nope, you are not going that hot on the tpe, you only want to get it to 70-80 degrees Cel surface temp. if you see it going shiney, that occurs around 105 degrees C surface temp, so too hot.

You could try standing her on her head in a frame. but this would more likely cause more issues.

Another option is get two chairs with soft pillows on them. Lay her face down, with her breasts hanging between the chair gap, and do the hot work that way, but do not leave her in that postion for extended period, less other compresiion deformation occurs elsewhere.

Allright, an update, the damaged doll has been sent back and the factory is in progress making a brand new JY-166 to replace her.
I will update with pictures when they send them.
A Big thank you to Don at Mon Amour Toujours and JY for working together to make this happen.
This time the factory is sending solid breasts (They recommend this as they ship better and they hold up better)
3rd times the charm!

I went with standing feet on my doll too. Great investment, but I really wish they came with some sturdy polymer caps on the ends of those bolts. Maybe something to spread the load out just a little. They're murder on stockings, and I started to see very severe indentations in the insoles of my doll's shoes. I actually improvised some shoe inserts to mitigate that.

Hello!

Question about skeleton: can upper body part (torso) be rotated around vertical axis (spine)?
Also as I see shrugging shoulders are simplier than WMs: joint is not universal like, shoulders can't move forward-backward, right?
Some dolls have arm offset (see picture) problem. Does this doll have such poblem?

Okay lets break it down for you...
1. Twist around the spine.
YES, there is rotation there above the hips.

2. Shoulder movement front and back.
NO, At least I cannot do it with my JY. However, the joints could just be tight as all hell, but I do not think so.

3. Odd arm offset.
NO, the shrugging shoulders do tend to help this, but in normal arm movement mine does just fine.

Another thing.
While JY's gooseneck is FAR FAR FAR superior to WM's in every conceivable way you might want to try to order a hinged neck. I did finally get a JY with a hybrid hinged neck and thus far it is great. Hybrid in that it stills feels like there is a bit of a gooseneck in there, but there also feels like there is a hinge in it as well.
But once again. As far as goosenecks go, JY does have one of the better ones out there. Even though I still would NEVER suspend my ladies from a hook with a gooseneck.
