Alright, it took a bit longer but all EME sets are sold for this week.

It seems as though some are adverse to the flash sales, so starting next month we're going to try something a little different.
On the first of each month we'll open the store and take orders for a week or two, or until we receive 16 orders, whichever comes first.
The store will then close for the remainder of the month to finish and ship those orders. Hopefully this will make ordering less difficult, but still keep things at a pace as to not get too far behind on delivery.

Thanks again everyone for your kind support.

And thank YOU for your kind support!
Got your eyelids last week or so.
I’ve become somewhat of FAN of your products, and have actually become a collector of them in themselves!
Thank you!

Hi Cobra, thanks - the kits are not available at the moment. They will be available again 7/1.
Additional eyeballs & pedestals are $24.95 for a pair.

Thanks Ragnar. :)

Alright, due to the 4th holiday this month's EME sale will begin on the 6th.
To keep it easy to remember, the sales will start on the first Saturday of each month at the same time - 2PM.
As mentioned before, the sales will run for the first 2 weeks of the month or until all sets are sold.
We'll try this for a while and see if it works out. The front page has been updated with new info, so refresh your browsers and take a look.

A couple of things I'm looking at having available soon are eyelids and foot screw covers from one or all of the three online print services (i.materialise, Sculpteo & Shapeways).
These would be printed in the white SLS nylon polyamide material which can be easily dyed with Rit Dyemore to any shade desired.

One thing you can do with SLS printing is loop small parts together to save cost, so I added a small hole in the bottom of the cap.
This would also allow the foot screws to be adjusted without removing the caps.

Dyeing these is simple and kind of fun - like coloring Easter eggs. :)
I found that just 10 drops of chocolate brown in 1 cup of hot water for about 10 minutes makes for a nice tan color that's pretty close to the Jinsan tan TPE.
Simply keep the parts in the dye solution until they are as dark as you want them...

Will having the holes in the screw caps cause them to break more easy?

The SLS nylon prints are much stronger than the ones I print, so I doubt they will break easier.
SLS printing doesn't have the layer weakness issues that FDM printing has - it's more like a solid piece of plastic.
For a solid bottom cap I could also sprue them together like a model kit, so you'd need to cut them off the sprues with flush cutters.
I may make both versions available.

Yeah I was gonna mention like how model cars parts are put together.

Not that I need any new ones at the moment but it's good that there stronger than the old version.

Alright folks, we'll be taking 12 EME orders for July starting at 2PM today.
As mentioned the sale will continue until 7/20 or until all sets are sold, whichever comes first.

Note for returning customers...
Please make a new email order instead of replying to a previous one. This makes it easier to keep the new orders separated from old ones that have been shipped/delivered.
Thanks!
