Jeff is a super fit person who takes really good care of himself. It is unfortunate when you work so hard to take care of yourself to have something like this happen.

I was scheduled for discharge on the 22nd, but...
That has been changed to the 18th!
Let us just say that I have been doing very well.........

Hi,
Technically per experts, I never should have had a stroke, yet alone two!
The hole in my heart is the only explanation why since all clotting was on my right side.
Again, I was told by more than one Dr, I am lucky to be breathing so all that training i did, helped and perhaps my mother was looking over me
as well

I've read similar stories about professional athletes where they got in really bad car accidents and the only thing that saved them was their fitness.
