Are Gynoid Tech dolls the only platinum silicone dolls with bones in the fingers (instead of wires)? I don't recall seeing other manufacturers have this as an option

They are available in BWH 85-60-91 and 88-60-91. The 3cm difference makes no odds to the cup size which is a C cup for both options.

Does the 3 cm difference between B85 and B88 affect the weight of the doll : 28kg for Amy, Callies, Yui and... 30kg for Misato ??? Why is Misato 2kg heavier than her sisters ?

One more question. Your website specifies here :

This dolls head is not fixed meaning that you can interchange heads with any other Gynoid Tech Artificial Companion Head.

How about interchanging Model 7 Ji Xiang's head (165 cm body) with Yui Shinohara 160 cm body ? It is possible as well ?

Can these inserts be turned inside out for cleaning/drying easily?

In answer to the inserts yes, they are made of silicone.
Here is a video of the insert too.

The questions regarding interchangeable heads and weights
Interchangeable Yui Shinohara, Misato Shinohara, Callies and Amy (heads)
All have detachable heads.

Regarding weight, 28-30kg B/W/H difference ? Don’t know, as there isn’t really any difference in these bodies.
It could be a typo error on the GYNOID website, I’ve sent an email to Eric to cross check.

These are great advancements. I love a company that is willing to go above and beyond to push the realism. I only wish they didn't have detachable arms and legs. I mean .. do they add to the realism? No.

So they should consider a model without that.

I think this is a beautiful artistic and creative brand that will, as I’ve been told look at oral and anal function along with more heads in the coming months ahead. A company willing to listen to customers and resellers along with following the ever changing market.

I saw one of the Model 7 in a D-va cosplay and it looked pretty amazing. lol
The level of detail, and the articulated fingers are mind blowing.

One question though. Looking at that video of the vaginal insert, how does it fit into the doll? From what I've seen with other manufacturers, the ones that have inserts with labia have some pretty big "meat curtains", so to speak (though it looks alright when inserted). Just wondering what this one looks like when inserted. I read somewhere that the manufacturer recommends the fixed vagina, which also makes me ask why.

The insert vagina,as you know the owner can take out and put inside the vagina cavity.

Like any insert there is a risk that may happen due to mishandling,to break the cavity and tear the pubic area.

GYNOID recommend the fixed vagina to potential buyers,due to the beautiful and artistic outlook of the vagina to show there features of chasing perfection with Artificial Human series.
