Hello Metricnut,
Welcome and congrats on your 2 ladies!
I am in south west detroit and I have a Sanhui 145 lady. Her name is Eve and she was my first doll lady and I have had her almost 2 years. She is holding up very well as I take good care of her. The only complaint I have is some of her joints have loosened up a lot, but gonna tighten them soon.

Your lady will have d cup breasts like mine. When i got her, all these different options weren't available like gel breasts and moveable eyes. Her breasts are still pretty soft and jiggly though, so I'm not complaining. I solved the movable eye problem too by getting eyes that were a little smaller than the factory eyes. Eventually, gonna hollow out her eye sockets so I can put round eyes in. My Eve is face #2.
My lady has a sister too. A DS 145+ lady. I like my Sanhui better though.

I think you did a good job specificating the options with the manufacturer. It'll be interesting to see the faces.
Even with the standing feet option, it still is wise to wear socks and sneakers when possible because there is lots of pressure on her feet when when changing and twisting her footing standing.

Thanks for the socks and shoe advice Wight. I have only had my WM doll for 14 days now and I have notices some wear on the soles of her feet already. I have been keeping socks on her feet for the last few days but I should have started from the get go. I haven't added shoes to the mix yet but I like the idea, it makes sense.

Don't write off your phone too quickly. Sure, it's limited compared to a DSLR with interchangeable lenses and all, but there are a lot of really great photos on here that were taken with a phone. A better camera app.. I have an older Android Samsung S4. Have to look into that. I take too many pics that are grainy take 50 to get a handful. Takes enough time trying to get LuAnne to cooperate. I wonder sometimes if she is into the sauce, falling over and what not...

Overall first impressions are very positive. I really want better wigs.
Head #2 was used this time. Head #1 had her teeth kinda crooked, should be easy to sort out.
