Wow; she is amazing! I didn't know there was an A cup available. I don't understand how to order her. On the website sanhuidolls.com, there is no custom option for breast size. Is the head specific to the 145? Can you mix and match from others? Is it from a different vendor or is this so custom that there is no order form for it?
Wait: I see you have to click "Dolls International" to see the rest of the dolls. I must have just been looking at the Hot Sellers. This doll is hot. Not sure on the 3 faces.
Also just read "no custom skin tones when shipping from US". I guess they mean "to US". But why not? So I can't get this in "Olive" color?

Or The Doll House. I believe most main official Sanhui vendors operate in US. Their reps will guide through what options are there. And there are usually more options available than what is on websites. Manufacturers tend to streamline product lineup. But skin tone should not be a problem.
Mix and match: The 145 head(face 1, 2, 3) for 145 is not recommended for bigger dolls because the neck is a notch thicker in bigger models. You can however choose from bigger model's heads for 145, but the head/neck joint will be more visible. Mine is regular 145 face 1 with that slightly open mouth including teeth and tongue. She is all stock.

Great set of pics for a gorgeous doll!
Those shots of her on the bed from earlier this month show what a realistic body/figure this Sanhui doll has. Apart from the usual doll-hand features, and the obvious difference in scale, the 145A could easily be mistaken for a real fit young woman
