Lingerie for 145 dolls

I'm sure this has been covered in a thread somewhere, but I find navigating through all the different threads somewhat confusing as I am still new here. So I'll just ask here. I have a 145cm sanhui doll on the way does anyone have any advice about where to get lingerie for these size dolls (hopefully in USA)? I know there probably aren't many considering these dolls are probably the size of a 9 year old girl with d cup breasts. But can something be improvised to look decent? I can find size "small" but I'm wondering if even that would be too large? I have yet to find any "extra small" and I have seen a lot of "one size fits all" I know beautiful dolls website has some custom lingerie for the dolls, and I ordered some from there, but I was hoping to find a place with a bit more diversity as I wish to get several outfits. Any help would be appreciated!

Walmart has xs panties. Victorias Secret has xs panties and xs garter belts. buy her knee high stockings as they will go to her thighs. See Eves thread, most of the stuff i dress her in didn't come with her although I did get a good bit of stuff with her. I still haven't scored a bra or fuck me pumps yet, but I am workin on it. Size small is good for tops and dresses. Or juniors medium.

Thanks for the input gone. It will be helpful. I'm hoping to find some corsets and stuff like that as well. they are cheap on amazon, like 2 and 3 dollars each. I may order some just to see. I'll keep you posted if I have success!

Here are a few outfits that I got in stores. Look in caption of picture and i will tell size and where i got every item.....

These all fit well except the white panties in bottom picture. I had to take in the waist a little for them to fit as intended.....
And the animal print things garters are a little long. Gonna have to shorten them......

Yeah, those do seem to fit quite nicely! Lol, it's only been 4 days since I ordered her. I'm already extremely excited about it, like a kid at Christmas! Can't wait til she gets here so we can compare our two girls!

American Eagle Outfitters sub brand Aerie sells panties in XXS size online only. I have had good luck with them for my 142cm JM doll. They usually have a 7 for 27.50 deal going, also the clearance section on the site often has them for $2.99/pair sometimes.
