Typhoon hits Eastern China

Just heard that a major Typhoon hit Eastern China on Tuesday. 200 MPH winds and 900,000 homes without power. This is the region that Sanhui Dolls is located. We all hope and pray for a fast recovery for the great people of China.

It's a three day holiday there at the moment for The Dragon Festival according to George yesterday when he told me my doll wouldn't leave till the weekend now!

Everything is fine so far, but it rains a lot recently, some part of China is totally damaged... I hope the people there can survive... Let's pray for them...

As horrible as loss of life always is, it seems like casualties were very effectively minimized (based on reports) given the severity of the storm, so hats off to the provincial authorities and their evacuation/shelter efforts.
