I don't remember that we have used UPS to ship any doll before, usually we use DHL or FedEx, the express company we hire to do all the paperworks and stuff is very professional, they never let us down. To their excellent work!!!

The only verifiable information relating to CBP seizures of dolls has occurred only with UPS.

Today, I picked up a shipment from China from a FedEx facility. The box doesn't appear to have been tampered with, at all.

UPS (United Package Smasher's) scare me. I sure hope for better service within the US. They treat their employees terrible, not happy workers. Trust me, I know. I would use DHL if possible.

Fedex gave an accurate delivery time that was spot on so I love them for that.

Yep, you can get such a great doll for a great price.

I'm happy for the success this will bring to sanhui, and I hope some of the sales money will go into R&D. That way you can make more options for you doll bodies and more faces.

After all, with all the dolls being sold, a lot of people will start to have the same few faces.

It's time to make more, guys.

Your talented sculptors need a new challenge.

That's the only reason why I'm hesitant to get the 145cm because the limited face options.

Looks like only the 165+ is available on the US site, but at a great price. Hope they get 145s.

We try to do this, because we don't want our American customers to wait for that long in the past, also, the guys in the US branch will help us double check the dolls after they arrive at the distribution center, so we can make sure that the dolls will be in perfect conditon before they're shipped out to the customers in the USA, this might cost us a little bit, but I think it's worth it.

Id worry about damage being left in storage for that long, however a shipping pallet of dolls would likely be more economical, and being too heavy for humans to lift it would have to be done by forklift and hopefully wouldn't ever be tipped over.

I would also suggest that if you use your US center to ship to canada, you factor in the fact that UPS ground has HORRABLE customs duties to the USA. Maybe not so bad on larger items but really bad on small. All other UPS services like UPS express, and other couriers like USPS, Fedex etc charge a lot less additional fees for customs clearance.

Definitely never use UPS ground for small items to canada like repair parts. Use USPS or UPS express, or they can charge $40~60 fees on items valued at just $20
