Recently, our official website has been released, and a lot of people keep asking me about how to change the language to English, and how to make a quicker contact to us, coz you guys don't use QQ at all. So I decided to open a new topic about how to switch the language and how to contact us.

Perhaps change the URL in your signature to reflect the English site so as to save a step?

Maybe change the URL in your subforum ad as well?

Nice to see you have added your phone number. Shows your a real company. Those that hide behind an email, look suspicious to me.

If a company is really upfront they will have a phone number on their webpage, or it's one of the first things to give out to a customer.

The English website is a very good step, thank you. Does this mean you are taking new orders again? Can you update us on the progress of your quality enhancement/reinforcement efforts?

Speaking of the site, and I don't mean to be rude, but maybe you could look into updating your site to look and function more like modern websites, just to make it easier for users to navigate and appealing to the eye. This is obviously a pretty big task, though, so I wouldn't put it at the very top of your todo list. Just something to keep in mind for later. Maybe check out some of the vendor websites around here get a feel for what is a modern website design. XSDolls has a very nice website.

Sorry if it comes off in the wrong way, I'm a web developer for a living and I just wanted to offer some suggestion. Good quality pictures and product information presented in a way that's easy to navigate and comprehend does have a positive effect on sales. I know this because I'm scolded on user website experience on a daily basis

By the way, I'm seeing in various locations the words "smart temperature" and "smart sound" - are these actually options that people can order with their doll or is it something you're currently working on?

The mobile site works nicely. The tabs have to be translated, but doll information is easily reached.

I still think my choice would be for the 145cm lady, but it's still fun to view the other dolls and heads available.

It's so easy these days to create a beautiful, modern website like the one DS Doll have, for example. All Sanhui needs to do is go to the link below and set up an account. In a day or two they would have a gorgeous site for both desktop and mobile. Putting together the kind of site they have now is totally silly, and makes them look amateurish.

I don't know why so many doll manufacturers and vendors put up such ugly web sites. It's not 1998 any more!

It's not until I view product information that the 145 shows. On the initial page, the 145 appears to be the only one missing.

Is this close to what you see?
