Yes, I guess you are right. My vendor, a Taiwanese who stays in China a lot, said those heads are interchangeable by 160 and 165. He picked the head and body from Sanhui and was selling it online when I called him. I prefer another head with the smiling face and a body with smaller boobs, but he said that he only got this set.... It's not easy to find a Sanhui doll selling in my state, that's why she is with me on my bed now. And she looks grumpy sometimes.

Hey, that is the #3 of SANHUI 165cm, the one with the smiling face is the #1, which is quite popular.
