The Past
We are sincerely grateful and appreciated to our dealers for overseas markets who have been compatible with and supportive for our customer service via google-translate previously. We also appreciate how George pitched in for help as a new dealer from the end of last year at selling our dolls of 165cm (& a few 145). A new recruitment for customer service in English has been on the top list of our management targeting on better services since last September after 2015 AAE (Asian Adult Expo) in Hong Kong. Kimi, a promising young man, has been dedicated into pitching in his new and important post in our company about three months from now. Kimi has been staying so well in frequent and good conversations with George via Skype that telephone numbers have been exchanged between our boss and George, and that George sometimes jokes about recruiting Kimi.

As stated in the reply to gonestill77please don’t take the thread I posted on TDF wrong, but I had really no other choice than creating some public pressure after those three problems were left unresolved for quite an amount of time.
we had expected you CC our messages to the dealer in the hope that the dealer (George) may have the right to be informed and a coordinating responsibility to help with the shipment of fixation parts and compensation (gifts) to his customers.

About wigs and accessories:
I've had customers waiting for their dolls a week in addition just because someone at Sanhui didn't order wigs or eyes from their supplier in time. I ended up sourcing and buying them by myself in order to send out my dolls faster. However it is strange how I can buy those items, while Sanhui is telling me that their supplier has no stock.
Wigs are designed by our own thus supplied and sold only to our company by the supplier. Further, we've been sending surplus wigs for dealers in case customers have special requirements. Quote a conversation on the issue of wigs stated in an online chat:

George: yeah, I think I still hjhave some wigs here that I can use
About replacement of order
To the replacement of order from a 165cm with Face#1 to the latest 160cm doll with 165 Face#2, due to the fact that 165 Face#2 (Caucasian) does NOT perfectly fit 160’s slightly fuller neck. It took a few more days for the adjustment and modifications that lead to a delay. We owe George and his customer an apology, but we definitely cannot send any unsatisfactory product for the best of our customer’s money. The ONLY ONE head of 165 Face #2 shipped to DL via one of the dealers who paid the bill at the very site of Shanghai Expo. Cf. Further, the boss has recently been accompanying the sculptors and mechanics in working even OT voluntarily on further modifications to skeletons of the latest models—160 & 165+, delicate details of Caucasian faces (#2 & #3) and those of the bodies. The staff has always been unified and well rewarded by the enterprising spirit of Sanhui’s— Striving for Perfection, witnessing a drastic growth of recognition as well as sales in both domestic and overseas markets. During this whole busy time, Kimi has been considerate not to interrupt the boss off the sculpting and mechanic work ended up with a delay in conversation about these issues before it was too late. And the management organizes an emergent conference on this very case sorting out a resolution by reinforcing the coordinating protocols between each sector of production and services. For instance, a more detailed daily report is required from each sector for the share of ideas and working priorities.
ANNOUNCEMENT
1. New orders are now temporarily closed for further quality inspection and reinforcement on each type of products. Enhancement has already been made to parts such as wrist hinge and wires since April right after gonestill77 released his thread of Eve’s broken wrist (cf. Kimi’s illustration and contrastive review on original and strengthened versions of hinges in 48-HOUR thread). Due to the reported cases of skeletons on TDF, the management now decides on a thorough inspection over each type of products prior to a rebuild of skeletons if necessary. Our company spares no effort to better our products not only on appearance, but on functional and durable internal for the best interests of our customers’.
2. Orders that are now not yet delivered from the factory will be placed first on the list for strict check-up. Compensation (additional wig or dress) will be offered on your patience for extended date (within 5 working days) of arrival.
3. ORIGINALITY and INNOVATION have always been the firm and irrevocable convictions of our company. We strongly refuse and accuse of any attempt or act of counterfeit or copycat under the brand of Sanhui’s, taking legal action when necessary. Anti-counterfeiting code is now ready for every product when orders and sales re-open. Re-open date is pending but no sooner than the release of Manual of Operation.
4. Warranty terms will be added to the ongoing detailed Manual of Operation. Skeletons will sustain following Quick User Guide, even those with former version of wrist hinges.
5. About the TWO latest models—160 & 165+. According to the feedback and comments on TDF and from domestic customers, the boss and the sculptors have been occupied in dedication to enhancing and modifying joints of skeleton and body details e.g. larger breasts, fuller arms and legs, more voluptuous butts, more proportionate neck ,etc.
6. We apologize for the troubles and inconvenience incurred due to reinforcement scheme on quality of products and that of customer service & support. We are sincerely grateful to all your supports and understandings and will reciprocate all our customers with dolls of high quality under good hands of customer service.
