Good for you George! You are a good guy, but I think everyone knows that by now!! Hope things work out for the two broken wrist problems and things get corrected in the future, because there will be no future for Sanhui Doll if it don't! Just My 2 cents. Everyone deserves a chance and now it's up to them to show everyone on here, that the Customer is first priority. I'll be watching, since I will eventually be buying another Doll in the future, (from who? I don't know yet!) I want to learn more than I did the first time! This thread is important and I have always been a fan of George's!

You all forget jm dolls. If they are damaged customer support has been top notch for me at least. And they have a fully articulated durable skeleton, not too mention they are very soft in feel,and at a very affordable price point for a silicone doll.

I applaud Kimi for taking responsibility .
As sanhuis ambassador to TDF he is learning what it means to be a TDF member. Sanhui was big in China. TDF can make one big in the world.
And just as easily takeaway that glory.

I still believe that they make a great value priced doll.
This is part of growing pains. If Sanhui makes right and the nessesary improvements we will once again live in doll harmony.
If not they will be where they were before joining our world wide group of likeminded doll lovers.

Almost every doll line has had similar issues! It is how they are handled that sets them apart !

What we want is solutions and improvements. Not apologies. Not scapegoats. If Sanhui does not improve this whole thread is pointless.

BROKEN WRIST UPDATE:

Got email response from Kimi today (5/5/2016).. offering some fair compensation options for my Ember's broken wrist. Gonestill77 also confirmed that he received similar offering from Kimi. Thanks George. I'm sure resolution would not have been so swift without you leading this charge. And thanks Kimi for your response today.

Hey guys,

About the wrist problem, we have fixed it a long time ago actually, it's our engineers who used this wrong hand to make the dolls which leads to this problem, fortunately it's only applied in a few dolls. Let me show you the difference between the right one and the wrong one. The right one(with red arrow) is much stronger, unlikely to break, really safe to use.

I am glad that some communication in order to resolve that problem has bee initiated - I have a scheduled conference chat with Kimi and KK soon and will post more details about the developments later.
