Do tell us what the fix is, and please if you do open her up, take pictures of the skeleton/failure because we all like to know about dolls skeleton but none of us want to open a doll we don't have to, so the only time we get pictures of skeletons is repair shots if the manufacture won't share. (3 manufactures here on doll forum have shown pictures of their skeleton, Sanhui is not one of them)

Sorry to hear about the accident!

I think you will be able to mend her though.
Silicon repairs easily.
Do you remember how you were trying to move her wrist when it snapped?
I try to tilt my SH's wrist up or down before twisting it (because that twisting was a weak point of another doll I own).
I'm sure you were being as careful as you knew to be, and any info would help other SH owners.
Once you get a look inside we'll see what exactly happened.

I would expect SH to help you fix her up.
