The new and upgraded SANHUI skeletons will be released soon, the skeleton operation itself will be improved tremendously (The photos below will tell you so too) and the joints will be able to function perfectly 5 to 6 times longer. They will be available soon, we'll keep you guys posted on it. Sounds great! Definitely needed as my 168cm with the ball joint, her knees can only move as far as 90degrees. This looks like an improvement already

Does this new skeleton include articulated thumb and finger joints or are they wire?

Can it twist at the waist and shrug the shoulders?

This may seem disappointing but there are still going to be wires in the fingers, of course they can twist the waist and shrug the shoulders.

Will these have the same foamcore design? Rather like to buy one of the older ones without it, so can be easier to repair.

Also should look into improving foot bolts on these dolls for the bigger sizes, since they can snap. Stronger grade of bolt/or foot plate(weak?) error perhaps threading. Will these new ones keep the same wide foot plate design on the non standing dolls, its a good design for non standing.

Hi smallcat, Mike is kinda busy with working on website frontpage now~ Yup, foamcore design, but improved already early this year~ If without foamcore, repair may be easier but weight limit is much of the other major concerns. New skeleton is much more stable in terms of durability thru reliable tests.

Good point on stronger foot bolts

(ankles you mean, right?) Mechanical designer actually focuses quite intentatively on strengthening each bolt. Will forward your concerns on footplate to the designer. Yup same wide foot plate design for fetish lovers' taste. Here is a photo I uploaded to Online Store now attached here to see if how you folks like about the feet~
