Hello again guys

So I showed you one of my dolls factory pics the other day, I have 2 other pics, one is of her standing feet

When I placed my order all I requested was standing feet so I was expecting metal pegs sticking out of her feet.

So after asking a few people questions about what the hell was on my girls feet I learned that this is metal pegs with some sort of covering over the pegs.

I read that there is some fears regarding the durability of the peg covers but have not found anyone with first hand experience with them.
And if the covers do break won't I just have the metal pegs left like any other doll has?

Next I spent some time looking around TDF for anyone with a doll with this standing feet option but only found 2, however both dolls are new and untested to any great extent.

So it seems I'm going to be one of the pioneers with these feet, and not through choice.

So if anyone has genuine first hand experience with these feet options please let me know how they are working out for you (please no rumors and heresay just genuine first hand experience)

By the way I obviously cropped the pics so my name isn't on them, but my word, isn't it exciting the first time you see these factory pics of your doll with your name written beside her (she is my first so maybe that's why I'm finding that so exciting)

Yeah !! this moment when you receive the factory pics is really exciting and get worst your impatient !!

I have 2 SANHUI girls and both with the standing feet
Danae with the normal one
Magali with the same option as you

They both stand up really well and easy
the slightly covered is better for fragile floor and photo but does not make a difference for stand them up !!

You've made a great choice and i'm sure you'll enjoy your lovely lady !!

It was a tough decision as all the sanhui lady's are very beautiful, first I was considering the 165R then the 168 but decided against these as I'm short and my living space is fairly cramped.

So I have ordered the 158 with Abigail head.
Fair pink skin
All implants
Standing feet

I'm really looking forward to seeing her in the flesh.

Hi Pabzilla,
I'm in the UK too. I've found that adult small, if they are not too 'generous' with the cut will do, otherwise XS or even some teenage clothing around 15/16 years, for clothes that are 'appropriate'.
Shoe sizes 2.5 to 3 ish.
I'll sometimes order from online sexy clothing type retailers that deal in bodystocking stuff etc. As they are usually stretchy type garments, most of the small designated sizes - for 6 to 8 dress size/petite women styles will do.
You can always alter them like I sometimes do, stitching & gathering in a bit of the straps and such like, so that the garment is nice & tight on your doll. At least I learnt something useful from my Grandmothers a long time ago

I had a look on amazon at cloths a few days ago and gave up real quick when I realised I had no idea what size to order.

I will get a needle and thread ready too, I have never learned to sow or anything like that so that might turn out interesting if I need to do that...... I could get my old mum round to teach me but she might wonder why I need her to help me stitch a dress, that could be an awkward conversation.

Hemming web is good alternative for resizing stretchy clothes. It makes neat seam that stretches in unison with the cloth. Glues in with hot iron. I shorten my gym shirts with it, and it is durable, surviving washes and tumbles.
