They don't really sag since they are so small, they are very soft with the implants but holds their shape when the doll is moved. I asked for the areola size to be smaller than the default options and they said it was ok; the pictures is their "smaller" version. This is something to be aware about since smaller isn't really that noticeable if at all.
Please do keep posting more whenever you find the time.
