First of all, I ordered directly from Sanhui and I'm going to leave it at that. As I have documented earlier on this forum my first order from Sanhui, 156cm, came to me damaged from FedEx. Don't get me started. The box was beat to hell, had one piece of tape holding the lid down and the neck joint was completely severed. Sanhui (CoCo&KK) responded immediately and offered to send repair parts and instructional video. Also, my choice of partial refund or replacement body of my choice for free. I chose the replacement body and the repair parts at no cost. I opted for the 158cm body. It's a little more voluptuous than the 156cm. At first I was going to have to pay for shipping the body but after I asked if they could help pay for that they offered free shipping with no head, just the body. I didn't need another head anyway as I had already arranged for the damaged body to be sold to someone who fixes them. So I got the 158cm body at not cost as a warranty replacement. Also, Sanhui said they would start adding extra protections in the box and they did. The box showed up in much better shape than the first one and there were no delays on every stop like the first one had. This one sailed right through with no Customs problems and the box was sealed nicely. Sanhui attached a hanging bolt to the neck through the box (see pic below) and through a piece of laminate wood and more padding in between the neck and the box. Also, inside was padded much better than the first one. Anyhoo, everything with the body is good. I can't thank Sanhui enough for what they did. Pics included. Her name is Gabrielle. The textured skin is amazing.

Your Gabrielle is very beautiful- that dark, smoky makeup is fantastic! After the hassles you had to deal with on the first shipment, it's great that Sanhui came through for you this time.

Congrats on your new body! She is a beauty. Not all of us were so lucky to get a replacement body free of shipping charge. Guess Sanhui is finally working on their customer service and support for the better.

Forb, compared to the first shipment that had the damaged body this recent one looks like they used thicker padding and more of it. However, the first doll was upside down in the box and was clearly handled along the way so a lot of the packing was missing seems like. As I mentioned before, there was only one piece of tape holding the lid on the first shipment. The main thing with this latest shipment is Sanhui took a hanging bolt and ran it through the box into the neck with padding and a piece of laminate wood in between. It really anchored the neck. Plus, I think they used a different exporter to ship the doll.

So wonderful, I can't wait to place my order for their black friday special to save a bit. God I've been debating between the 158cm or the 168cm.

She is a very beautiful doll, that's how it is, the most beautiful they are, the more trouble they cause, lol... but I guess she is worth all the trouble
