More Voluptuous bodies would be Great ! ( normal 6 inch depth or more entries )
The Face Shared is Gorgeous / Smaller Body Compatible would be even better IMO

Your dolls are desirable, but under 5 foot ( less weight ) is always a major plus!
( voluptuous / curvy...TPE / TPR manufacturers has this, but not in Platinum Silicone )
My 4woods has been w/ me almost 8 years, but smaller and less weight is my quest!

I have to ask: How much does it cost for a custom Sanhui head? and what would they need? Would 2 photos (front + side) be enough? I'm interested in getting one made.

More Asian faces. Something a bit more mature, with really realistic features (a lot of sculptors seem to westernize the eyes a bit, but i'd want her to look really Japanese.

A lady that looked like Yuko Suzuhana (the lead singer from Wagakki Band) would definately get my attention!

Rubyfan has a great list. Rachel McAdams would be amazing. Can I put Betsy on the 145a? The website only allows for 3 faces on that one.

Based on TDF, it seems the 145 cm is very popular, but there are only 3 head choices, and mostly 2 of these are the most popular. I think more choices for this doll size would sell more 145 cm dolls, and I would suggest that an Elf head for this size would be quite popular.

Imo, I think making more heads based off of video game or anime styled characters would be a good way to make Sanhui stand out as unique among the other manufacturers.

The main issue most buyers face is the uncanny valley that plagues even the most "realistic" doll faces.

However, there are ways to eliminate this and one of the ways to do so is to exaggerate the features of the face.

They already did an excellent job solving the problem with their Marya face, so just imagine having faces based on your favorite characters for example:

-Mai Shiranui (KoF) or any of the DoA gals
-Ahri (LoL)
-Horo (SaW)
-Android 18 (DBZ)
and almost a googleplex more.

With all the characters out there they should have little trouble getting inspiration for faces.

Hi! And WELCOME!

In my opinion from photos I've seen they've done this with Abigail. Exaggerated features can lead to odd impressions. Possibly there's something about Abigail https://www.sanhuidolls.com/product-pag ... -doll-2017 that might cause me to be wary of her in real life.

They're really bringing forward some rather nice faces such as Betsy and Severine which are an advance on faces that I have associated with Sanhui before. This variety is in my opinion the key to success and I think they're moving in the right directions. Testing the water with sculptures with their TPE branch is rather interesting and I hope that some of their TPE faces they've come forward with will be translated into silicone.

Bearing in mind the expense of TPE dolls before JY started a price war Sanhui dolls are in a price bracket that wasn't a great leap beyond. Silicone dolls can be more robust and long lasting, easier to repair than TPE and less prone to abrasion damage and dirt. If one's first doll perhaps might be a TPE doll one's second might be silicone. And if people can only afford one doll, and one doll for a lifetime, then a silicone doll is going to be a good choice.

I can't vote yet (too new), but I'll give my opinion anyway.

My first choice would be for new and realistic (as in, plausibly resembles a real face, not necessarily a celebrity) European faces. Specifically northern and eastern European, since good examples of either are relatively rare in media.

My second choice would be realistic east Asian faces.

My third choice would be Latin American, specifically Mexican; the frequency of Native American features in the population can lead to subtly exotic looks (high, angular cheekbones, aquiline noses, etc).

Any or all of the above would be welcome. I understand, of course, the drawbacks inherent to making overly-niche faces that would interest a small percentage of customers. So my overall vote is just for more realism, ethnic preferences notwithstanding.

Sanhui has done a creat job in keeping it cute and sexy. Not over the top sexual.
What Sanhui doesn't do as well for Caucasian faces is the noses and cheekbones .. just an observation.
