Your current options are pretty varied as it is, so keep doing what you're doing on that part!
I also voted anime, but I'd like to clarify that to fantasy heads in general, and "anime" can refer to so many different styles. It is also important that it fits your realistic bodies, so it may be a challenge to find that sweetspot between anime and reaslitic. I'm thinking big eyes would be the main difference here.
Third vote was more cute faces. But cute doesn't have to mean looking like a child, so please come up with something that won't get banned here on TDF or sent back by customs
While on the topic I would also like to highlight facial expressions. Many of your heads, and all other manufacturers for that matter, lack in interesting expressions. Most are posing as if on a photoshoot for Vogue or something. But these are love dolls after all, so I miss that natural face of someone who obviously like you or maybe be flirting. Nothing too obvious, but more of a tease, a subtle smile, pouting lips, that stuff chicks do when they like what they see. Avoid making it too symmetric to have it looking more natural, like smiling slightly to the side, or a slightly raised eyebrow, things like that.

I don't know how you make the heads, but would it not be possible to have the ears somewhat modular? I understand it would be problematic for TPE, but silicone? That way elf ears could be an option for all heads!
