How Do You Put a Hyperlink in Your Signature?

I've been Googling forever and I can't seem to do it right. I recently posted a cute little photo shoot of our 65cm doll Lily. I wanted to make a hyperlink with the name so people could click it and check it out. But everything I read or try is not working! Any help would be most appreciated!!
