I can't PM

Post by windyroad »

I was wondering if someone could please help me, and then delete this. I literally cannot send a PM anywhere, they are just getting stuck in my Outbox.

This is the first time anything like this has happened, and I'm not sure how to fix it.

I double checked some other users posts, and my Allow users to send me private messages is enabled.

Anyone have any ideas?

The message will stay in the "Outbox" until the person you sent it to, reads it.

Yes, that's it :D

We often get questions about PMs being stuck in the outbox. This is because the PM system is a little different from email systems.
A submitted PM stays in the outbox until it's read by (one of) the recipient(s).
This way you know if it has been read. Also, as long as it's in your outbox you are able to edit your PM.
