Funny enough, I though about something kinda ironic about the situation.
If 140cm dolls becomes illegal, won't the dildo smaller than X cm also become illegal because it could represent the penis of a kid or a teenager?
(Just google "Small Dildo" if you're curious. You'll get plenty of examples.) If they make 140cm doll illegal, shouldn't any dildo smaller than, let's say, 10 cm be illegal because a underage boy could have such a penis?
I can guaranty you that if you were to remove most of the dildo (by making them illegal), a majority of those angry feminists would much angrier toward the laws than towards men who own Love Doll. Only the pure-of-heart super religious women would keep at it.
Should they make baby dolls also illegal while they are at it? I mean... Some do have genitals.
<removed, Rule 1>
I admit that some Love Doll do are too freaking young.
Like this one: *picture removed*
(It was a picture of something that looked like a 9-years old doll.)
For those kind of kids-like dolls, if they have genitals, I agree 100% that it's not right. If they don't have genitals (only an oversize kid barbie in a way), I guess it's more like a Super Deluxe toy for kids then. (Like some kind of "Have a Sister" toy for girls.)
Why not banning
MyBuddy dolls while they are at it? I mean... That could be "used" for some form of sick child pornography.
While they are at it, shouldn't they make the car's shifting gear handle to never look like dildo that look like teenager boys' penis?
There will always be something "off" in this thing.
As a matter of fact, if feminists find love dolls offensive, they tend to overlook the fact that dildos are pretty much the same kind of tool, but an inverse kind of penetration.
For me, a Love Doll is like the fusion of the following things:
• A big teddy bear to hug and express some intimate emotion. It's not like this kind of thing can be done to random people, right?
• Rubber Vagina to relieve myself.
• A hobby like collecting swords, cars or anything that require regular maintenance.
If someone was to ask and tell me "
Why did you buy a Love Doll? That's gross!"...
I'll simply answer:
I got no girlfriend and I'm not the kind of guy who can get one easily as I'm really shy when it comes to expressing my most inner emotions. I still need to express my physical feeling. I had 3 choice: Keep the void which is quite depressing, buying a love doll or paying an escort or something like that. The "relationship" market has gone crazy with things like Dating apps.
Seriously, it's not much relevant to the subject at hand, but I have been trying to find a date on dating apps for about 14 months now. While I did chat with some women, I never was able to reach the step of a date. By the time I "could" date one of the woman I was chatting with, her app was already flooding with "better matches". I'm a slowpoke in dating as I like to take my time discovering the woman and that's totally not popular in today's age. Sure, they don't want things like one night and they don't want sex on the first date. Okay... But it seems they do are looking for cute sex partners before everything which mean in every times, I was just a stand-in. That's not happening with a doll.
So, if ever I get arrested for owning/buying a Love Doll which I know isn't looking like a teenager, I'll ask this one question: "Instead, should I paid for some sex with some escort?"
The thing in Canada, at least, is that prostitution is illegal. You can't sell your body for sex. But selling your body for protection or just as a "stand-in" isn't illegal. So, an escort that is selling "escorting services" meaning only her presence is required isn't illegal. If she decide to sleep with her customer, as long as the sex is not paid for officially, it's not illegal. If you decide to pay an additional tip for her escort service and if she, by "herself" decide to sleep with you, that's legal. This why, while prostitution isn't legal, paying for an escort and having sex with her isn't illegal. Basically, we could consider the Love Doll business as something similar to escort business. A majority of the population will see it as a legal version of prostitution because all they think about is the fact that there might be sex involved. Only a minority notice that there's also the fact that a man (or a woman) is single and would like someone to walk in some place with them and that the sex can be just an extra. (As I previously mentioned, sex is not mandatory, but can be persuaded.) When you buy a love doll, sure there are breast and a fake vagina, but there's also the rest of the doll that requires maintenance.
I agree that there do ARE some stuff that shouldn't be allowed.

(It was a picture of a torso+groin which was quite a bit too small.)
The size of that (if you consider the size of the hand) and the fact that there are no arms, legs nor head remove the purpose of a full body doll. That's purely a sex toy as you can't really put clothes nor make it "pretty". It's not like a collection of cars or sword or gun or whatever. The only maintenance is the cleaning after using it.
That, I would understand if someone where to be prosecuted for child pornography (and other relevant things). It would be questionable, but acceptable if it was of the size of a woman in her early 30's though (and not that small) as just a rubber vagina with a pair of breasts (but still not a collection thing... just a sex toy).
EDIT : I removed the pictures since it wasn't allowed. Sorry.
