Are you asking about the bracelet on her wrist? It looks like we are looking between her legs at her hand touching a chair in front of her for added support. On that hand is a bracelet.

Hmmm...I didn't even notice the bracelet before. I guess that must be what I couldn't make out. I suppose now a blind man with leather glasses could see it but, I sure didn't before.

It's her hand with a bracelet hanging off the wrist... if you notice the reflection on the table she has her hand out... It's just a very bad camera angle...
