Ordering through RLSD or directly from YLdoll

hey everyone I have a question about ordering a doll from RLSD vs ordering directly from YLdoll. From my research it seems ordering from RLSD gives 1) better customer service (they are american), 2) guarantee of factory defects, 3) you can mix YL bodies with MW heads? 4) they have better payment options and 5) cheaper?

also do you get the same quality? same doll? on YLdoll a model is listed 165cm Rania but on RLSD its listed 165cm Jessa. they both seem to have the same head.

it just seems like ordering from RLSD is all around better than ordering from YLdoll directly... what gives?

Vendors generally get better deals from manufactures because of the amount business they bring to them, among other things.

If you can get it at the same price and want the benefit of working with rlsd instead of the manufacturer I don't see why not

Yeah, it's the same doll either way. Ordering from the vendor is usually better, imo, for reasons already mentioned. Plus, a good vendor will be your advocate if something goes wrong, saving you that particular head ache.

Exactly, and when headaches occur, the vendor has worked w/ manfs. etc and know best how to clear things up that something like a language barrier would otherwise be a huge barrier to
