i just wanted to say that Vlad from Spartan lover is the best! He has corrected the mistakes that were made in my orders and has offered excellent customer service. This was the first time i ordered anything with a big price tag on it and i understand that mistakes do happen from time to time but i do have to say if you are looking to get a doll i would recommend Spartan lover because they do care about their customers and do try to correct the mes ups that do happen. I plan on doing more business with them in the future!

Im glad to hear this as well. Errors do happen, especially when dealing with international orders and with language differences sometimes things get messed up during translation, but the good thing is the vast majority of orders are completed without incident.

Thats why CS is so important and Spartan has the best.
