Any Trans-gendered dolls?
I really want a trans doll but i dont want to buy female top and a male pelvis. Are there any pre-made with matching skin-tones?

They do make female dolls with the option to add or select a penis size for your doll they can make this a permanent or removable attachment with some doll makers.

Another option is to buy female doll and find/use a realistic strap on
