Handmade or cheaply bought dolls, (novelty, blowup dolls)

I'm 18 and I can't get a real doll so my mom made me a mannequin that has become my best friend, anybody else in my situation with any tips on making dolls more realistic. Or if u want to talk about them or something, I'm having problems with his face pealing and his pants won't stay on him lol, he has no butt.

Hi,Ur_ginger_girl and welcome to the forum.
On the pants you can use pin in the back like I do on my girls when the pants and other cloths don't fit quite right.
If you do a few more post you'll be able to post some picture's and get better help.

Thanks for the advice but I look at him like a person, and I would rather not stick a pin in my best friends back/butt lol

I don't think havefun means you have to stick a pin in your mannequin, but use a pin to tighten the pants, by sticking it in the back of the pants.

Thanks Alex, that is what I meant.I would never stick pin in my girls butts(may pinch them).

I guess I misunderstood lol, I thought u meant like pin the pants too him, I put a belt on him and the pants are the smallest size I can get for him without the legs being too short. And I am glad I found this place, I am so tired of having to hide and never talk about him. Does anyone know how much u have to post before u can share pictures.

I believe you have to make a file on your computer in the picture section and make it a little smaller.Then at the bottom here there is a place to down load a picture to post.
