About 2 and a half months roughly (there's about 4 weeks in a month, dear).

Abyss took about 20 weeks for me to arrive!!!

(oh i know that there're four weeks in a month XD )

so about two and a half months then? is that total for from when you ordered until he arrives??

also he's a custom order ^_^ so you'll have to wait and see when he arrives XD hehehehe

Lorilei- the 2.5 months is just until he's ready to ship. I have no idea how long shipping will take. Custom order! Now, I want to know what he'll look like

I just checked my order for Nate. Payment was cleared and the order accepted on 14th June. That means it will be nine weeks this Thursday. Must be getting close now. Debra said at the time that it was 8 to 10 weeks plus about 5 days for international shipping.

FYI be prepared. Uncrating is a major project. Someone posted DETAILED step by step instructions, including the tools needed, which we've been referencing ever since.

Someone please post that link...

It really really helped prepare for my uncrating.

I strongly suggest getting a friend to help, or a least bribing the deliveryman to help you part way.

YES! PLEASE someone post that link or let me know where to look for it! I plan on bribing the delivery guys. I already have to pay for them to bring the crate up a flight of stairs, so what's a little more to help me un-crate and take the crate into the garage! (I hope). I do have friends/family I can ask, but I'd rather not bother them if I don't have to.

Since weight is an issue, i thought I'd add here... if you all hadn't noticed, yesterday Maidlee released their male doll!

And he only weighs 36 lbs! That's even less than my foam mannequin weighed. His body looks pretty good too, although to me, the heads available leave something to be desired.

I think you get what you pay for here. Silicon should be a lot stronger than foam. Still not a bad option at that price.

I just heard today after nine weeks since the order was received, my Nate should be ready to ship in a week or two. I actually placed the order on 2nd June but it took about 10 days for the international check to clear. All up it has been nearly a three month wait.

i definitely prefer RealDolls........>_> though the Dan Lee dolls....should be easier to move around so.....i might buy one...later on...maybe...
