Greetings from Australia

Re: Greetings from Australia
A few years ago I wanted a Space Invaders machine but I didn't have the space so I built my own.
It is half scale and has hundreds of classic games on it.
Not the real deal but still fun.

Re: Greetings from Australia
Later I may get the table game Galaga.
I definitely want the Addams Family pinball machine!
How long did it take you to make you own?

Re: Greetings from Australia
Took me about 2 days to build.
Found some plans online for a full size one and just scaled it down.
All the electronics are for a full size one and I just crammed it all in.
The hardest thing was finding the screen the right size and correct aspect ratio.
It was a good project and the best thing is it is one ok a kind.
Re: Greetings from Australia
Order processed on 9 Feb then no more updates.
Searching through the posts on the forum it seems UPS are slow at updating.
Does anyone know how long it should take to ship to Australia?
I have already paid for all import charges so I hope customs will be quick.
Thanks

Re: Greetings from Australia
I did that and it accepted it, shows as Startrack.
Has no updates yet though.
Hopefully it will update soon so I can see when it will get delivered.
I want to make sure I am home to receive it.
Normally when I buy things from overseas I can track it all the way here.

Re: Greetings from Australia
Which Vendors have you used? Did they take care of paying Customs for you?
I was looking at the WM Dolls and was all set to get one but I ended up getting the 6ye as I liked what I read about the ball joint skeleton.
If this goes well I may like to get a Silicone doll one day as I didn't want to spend too much since this is my first doll.
