The problem I have is: The left shoulder is completely loose, it is not able to maintain the weight of the arm (is the "squat" skeleton). The other one is, on the anus hole, it comes with some tears, outside and on the entrance of it. I already contacted the manufacturer for a solution, they asked me today for a video (i sent it today), I'm waiting for a response now.

About anus hole, have you make the doll legs open for a long time? Making the doll do the splits and its hands held up above the shoulder for a long time will cause e cracking of the colloid of the crotch and axilla.
Our production manager wonder if you've ever colored your doll's vagina?

I decided to stay with the product and accept the offer of a second head, after a week I still do not know anything about the sending of the head, today I sent them a message asking for it and I am waiting for an answer.
