I've been shopping around and was considering getting the Piper Mini PI-100, but the price on the US site is $1,440 compared to the Piper Fantasy PI-130 doll that is only $1,390.
The issue comes in at the additional $350 Best possible quality (requires PQC) charge. This charge is not present on the EU site for the Piper Mini PI-100 doll.
Is this correct and what does PQC stand for?

Hi And Welcome, I would reckon Personal Quality Check ...as in dolly goes via your chosen vendor for a full once over indepth quality check to ensure that you got everything you ordered and paid for and that dolly is defect free in good order and the correct dolly at the correct premuim quality.

It just a little weird that none of the other piper dolls on both sites have this charge. Only this one particular model on the US site.
