Hi, this may be of some help, it's a link to a company based in the UK that specialises in leotards and unitards (the costumes that gymnasts and dancers wear). They do a very wide range of sizes and colours and I got 2 unitards in size 3A which would probably equate to size xs or UK size 4. I'm sure they deliver internationally and advertise on eBay and Amazon as well. The quality is very good and the garments offer a high level of protection for a tpe gal.

Also I've attached a pic of one of my gals, Monique, wearing one of the unitards, she is a YL155 D so quite close to your gal.

Hi again, well according to the company website it's a size 3A which as far as I can tell would equate to a size xs. They are quite stretchy and of course you could go a little bigger but the size that I got fits just right.
