If a doll is 170cm in height is that with her head on or without her head on?

Hi, as far as I recall the heights as specified by manufacturers include the head although with the weight it's usually without the head on.

Height is measured from the top of the head to the tip of the toe. It represents how tall it will be when a doll wears high heel shoes.

As a general guide you can take 2-3 cm off the stated height. Jess is alledgedly 155 cm but the tape measure says more like 152 cm
