Considering the WM 155cm Shannon doll unsure on skin tone

Hi,

I am strongly, very, considering this doll as she is just amazing. Have looked at every photo I can find on the forum of her and just cannot decide on a skin tone as I am concerned that "tan" will be to dark. Two nights ago I was convinced I would not get tan as I saw some photos of that color and it turned me off a bit, but then last night browsed a post with tons of great photos and I was almost sold on tan, but now am just confused.

I did get a side by skin tone comparison photo so I can see the differences, but it is just a photo and you never really know until you see the real thing but by then it is too late if you have chosen the wrong color\tone.

I do like a woman with a nice tan, but it has to look natural and I am really flip flopping between "light tan" and "tan".

Has anyone ordered "Shannon" with any other skin tone than tan? If so, would you mind posting a couple of photos or even to pint me in the right direction of where some are on here.

I need to make a choice as I am having a really hard time waiting

I think that lighttan is what you are looking for. If you browse Jael`s picture thread (in my signature), she was a TAN ...which was not that dark 2 years ago. But lighttan was not available then. However, looking at the samples now, I would say would say that she is a light tan.

I am used to look at TPE sample and I think that TAN would be on the dark side. From what you are describing, I would say that Light Tan would fit better. But you know, taste are in nature.

I appreciate the opinion on the skin tone and after going through the thread with the sample TPE colors I definitely have to agree with you. That is one more decision down and only a couple more left to go. I expect that my new sweetie will be longing for me by the end of the week.

I have watched that video before, many many many times and will watch it many more as I play the waiting game. I love the look on her face right around the minute mark. She is kinda looking over at you with a "WTF is this guy doing to me" expression. Just want to jump in there and save her

Natural lighting. still original eye makeup, lipstick was retouched. better wig and obviously more clothed. Not a genuine WM but close enough and she does photograph well.

Both are tanned. The one with the Glasses is Kat she is a 140 #36 head tanned. Florescent Lighting. They are pretty close.

I prefer tanned skin, it's definitely not too dark in my opion. But of course it's all a matter of taste.

I've owned two dolls now, my first was tan and my second is light tan. While I did like the tan tone, it seemed like every last bit of cornstarch powder was clearly visible against the darker tone! With the light tan, it seems the cornstarch blends in much easier to the point where it isn't really noticeable. Just a thought to consider!

That is a very good point and I had not thought of that regarding the darker skin tones.
