Question please, could you please measure the height up to the shoulder top with the Torso in the sitting position. I'm trying to figure out what scale of real woman this would represent. I'm thinking that the scale is greater than their WM 148 L cup. And therefore with more volume to the breasts?

Yeah this torso is based on the 148L but it's not EXACTLY the same, but the boobs do look pretty much the same size to me:)
Is the 148 an actual L-Cup btw or is it really a G/H or whatever by US sizing standards?

If you make the underbust circumference small enough even a tennis ball will equate to an Hcup.
Only the volume displacement measurement and to a certain degree the distance around the equator of one breast is standardized enough for actual comparison.
