WM Head Measurements

Hey everyone,

I'm sizing up a WM 158cm D-Cup as my first doll. I can find lots of sites with measurements of the body, however could anyone tell me what measurements a WM Doll head on its own would be?

I'm interested in a #201 or #162, yet would be good to know what a typical height from top of the head to chin, typical wig line to chin (face), width, circumference of head, depth of head etc. is?

If anyone could tell me or point me in the right direction that would be great!
