Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
?? I don't understand why TDF vendors would be involved in this. The link I posted has to do with keeping Sexdoll out of Amazon and Amazon is occupied by Chinese vendors selling copies. (which TDF vendors hates??)shotdot wrote:Don't laugh, this "endsexualexploitation.org" is something to counter. The donor button on their website means money involvement, and with money stuff gets serious. And, sorry, pussyfooting (censoring images) on TDF just wouldn't cut it.
Remember the history? There were organizations opposing pornography and it took a dedicated fight to win that battle. Was it Hustler, or Playboy owner, who was involved in that struggle -- later documented in a blockbuster feature movie?
From that historical parallel, it is likely the sex doll vendors, who would be the most interested to get involved. However, what kind of vendors? Certainly, don't count on those from mainland china selling cheap stuff on aliexpress -- they didn't experience freedom and, therefore, unlikely to understand that this is something worth fighting for. Plus, they are unlikely to speak the language to be able to be summoned for the Congress hearing. Racyme? They are based in Texas, and well known saying goes "Don't..."
Even if they're trying to keep out sexdolls from US, it'd be impossible for many reasons you guys already know. and you can obviously see why I laughed at the link. That organization have ZERO awareness of what this all means. If anyone is involved in this, sue their entire organization for hypocrisy, the entire link was full of poorly researched trash, those retards doesn't know blocking this would easily lead into the increase of sexual violence, rape, harassment, which is what the organization was for. Each line they wrote is so hypocritical and incorrect, that I can counter every statement they've made on that link and provide with actual old cases that were done.
On top of that, Amazon already took actions by removing entire 100-120cm listings. So they don't even have a valid "child-like doll" argument.
Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
I would like to cast this event -- amazon disappearance of smaller sized dolls -- into wider perspective: the proposed "Creeper Act". This is blatant encroachment to people's freedom to fuck any inanimate object [in the privacy of their home]. The argument against it is already well presented, so that there is no need to reiterate it in inferior form here or in parallel TDF thread.
What I'm advocating is the change of TDF mgmt attitude towards those "illegal products". I'm not saying that j-suntech, for example, is a site with high moral standards. However, if they put a statement like this:
"Our products are frowned upon in western world, but we stand for them, and will fight against any attempt to make them illegal",
then I personally would donate to the cause (even if it means buying their product).

Are you willing to take the risk of being arrested or sued and do you have the time and resources to fight the law in court? And are you willing to face the consequences of the publicity this will get? Most probably this would be the end of TDF.shotdot wrote:What I'm advocating is the change of TDF mgmt attitude towards those "illegal products".
TDF will comply to jurisdiction, these rules are here to protect the forum itself, its members, owners and management of TDF.

You seriously suggest the authorities can shut down a message board? In a blatant violation of the first amendment? Again, if there is no depiction of human genitalia, how possibly can you classify the board content as CP? While at it, what about those renaissance angel statues with little genitalia open for everybody's view?Nescio50 wrote:Are you willing to take the risk of being arrested or sued and do you have the time and resources to fight the law in court? I would give the US government more credit, and suggest they always evaluate their potential liabilities before taking an action like that.

Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
You know, where underwear pics in department store ads are censored!
TDF, being a world wide open forum, unless blocked in some countries, have no USA 1st amendment rights.
Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
Considering the extensive coverage by this small library of a website, endsexualexploitation.org I agree we need to put up an equally extensive counter to it. Someone implied a quote of "Don't mess with Texas", I'd say, yeah, we need to arm ourselves to the teeth in kind, the way the sex workers rights people are starting to do. Each of us could donate one half of what we spent on dolls, that is a good start. endsexualrepression.org -- how would that be?shotdot wrote:@xxxman122

TDF is an international forum. Laws in Western countries are important to us, especially Canada, US, EU, UK, Australia.shotdot wrote:You seriously suggest the authorities can shut down a message board? TDF servers are located in Canada. TDF is part of the CoverDoll Group who is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.
Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
Perhaps, and I say this in all humility, it is worth considering moving TDF to a more tolerant jurisdiction rather than just waiting till the inevitable happens. There is growing intolerance in all western countries right now and this doesn't look likely to change, in fact will probably end very badly indeed, but the USA at least has strong constitutional protection for freedom of expression which is lacking in almost all other western countries.Nescio50 wrote:TDF is an international forum. I really think this is untrue, but I cannot support my opinion without violating Rule 4. Please don't turn this thread into a political discussion.nicvncnt wrote: but the USA at least has strong constitutional protection for freedom of expression which is lacking in almost all other western countries.
Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
Im sure there are girls out there, but we sad will have to come down to an average range for bust and height in the future for sure. Facial structure makes sense for many many reasons for sure tho, just im sure some girls like my girlfriend may be concerned about being able to make a replica of themselves for there loved one. Its more or less for sure bust restrictions for how small they can be.

Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
As long as this format is allowed under current law, I don't see an issue for TDF.
While I personally think the banning or control of any style of doll is silly, those issues need to be discussed and fought for on a different website if you feel that strongly. While Chevy and Honda are both cars, could I draw up a group of classic Chevy fans to form a PAC on behalf of fighting for Honda's emission regulations?
While it's sad that some members have left TDF because their dolls do not apply to TDF standards, that line has to be drawn somewhere. The members are still free to stay and chat about dolls that comply. So again, don't understand where TDF needs to take on a legal or political action in regard to dolls that are not allowed here anyway. Now if it comes to the outright ban of all dolls then there is a issue for TDF. Even then TDF is not a doll manufacture or doll vendor business that will be shut down and lose an income. Just a chat board about dolls.
Then We the Members may have to come together as a collective to form some kind of Doll Lobby, etc.

Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
Legal issues regarding making a doll in the likeness of your girlfriend may depend whether you are making a one off for your own enjoyment or plan to manufacture for retail sale. Even if you wanted to retail them, I think as long as you document your GF's spec's w/ measurements and pics, you could have some type of standing that the model was of legal age.
Feel free to send me pics of your GF in the nude via PM and I will give you my honest legal opinion.
Porn star Lupe Fuentes had to prove her age as her body size made people think she was underage. Now if you reside where there are laws that regulate an adult actress or model that portrays an underage character in a sexual situation there is that issue. Do the morality police kick in doors up there if a wife or GF dresses as a school girl?
Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
I think if we keep people aware of what the real market for the dolls are and keep the scammers and fake doll sites from making a bad name for the true sellers and manufactures then we all will be fine. We really need to worry about feminites tho sadly since transgender went off the charts and basically killed there whole thought on the world they seem to be snapping at sex dolls for like the past year when really sex dolls are for all genders or lack there of if your that type of person. People need to understand that they dolls are just like a fleshlight just glorified by like x100. Soon with in like 5 years they wont be dolls we will be able to make them walk, making them robots. We need to accept that this is and always has been our human course of nature. We all love sexual pleasure no matter who you are, I think people need to look at how there own mind is working if you think after seeing these that only a pedo or pervert would buy these, you might want to check to see if you mentally are okay or if you have a hormonal in balance. Life is honestly eat, work, repopulate, sleep, and repeat. Work is nothing more than honestly paid slavery as well. We all over complicate the world and purposely confuse each other to profit. Be nice to get an industry to actually not become another hole filled with consant conflicts about situations that would only come from bad manufacturing and sellers. We may buy the products but in the end its them who needs to make the rules and obey by them before goverments come down on them. The more respected the company becomes the easier going people will be towards it. Think of it as the companies are new parents, and the world are all children. If they give us something that world dont like just even by a little bit, all hell breaks lose. People saying its condonse to things it didnt just a bunch of media trying to make bank of the smallest things. always think of the whole world as children it explains a lot when you see so many people freak out about a situation thats always been around but never been a problem.
