Have anyone had to pay customs fees to get it when ordered from China to Europe? SSD have a $100 fee to cover customs.. I would order from them or the doll house.

Hello wantonetoo,

I ordered from DollStudio EU, which is based in Germany. I paid the price listed and nothing more. The same is true of any of the UK vendors, you do not need to worry about dealing with customs.

I live in the UK.

Normally those custom fees would be included in the shipping costs; these and all EU duties will be included in the price from your preferred vendor. So easy to have a vendor in our own country (or continent ;)).

Customs cost in my country set me back around $300 for my wmdoll. Since the amount you pay is determined by the value of the item itself.
My Orient Industry Ange, which is considerably more expensive, cost me over $800 5 years ago.
Lunamaria (Luna) - 165cm D-Cup WMdoll.
Yuki - 166cm minus S32 Irontech.

Yes it depends on if you order direct from the manufacturer or if you go via an approved TDF vendor. The vendor will charge a premium but then you don't have the hassle of dealing with customs, which is definitely worth it IMO and you get much better support after your doll arrives if you go with a vendor.

What would happen if customs decided to seize the doll, would you get a refund?

PaulDenton2001,
Thanks you for getting a doll from Sandro, he has been so good to me.
Anton,
You need to ask your vendor what their policy is.
gaucho,
Most of these dolls ship from China and even though we are in the USA, we can still do the same thing for customs clearance.

I’m wondering if I can pick up a doll from Doll Studio in Germany myself.

Hello Anton, sorry for the delay. I got the OR156G.

You need to speak directly to DollStudio EU to find out what their policy is.

It's sad that DollStudio is not selling 6YEdoll. I definitely contacted them.
